2. Digital Services & Subscriptions

NursesPrint provides digital, subscription-based access to nursing exam preparation materials, including practice questions, rationales, and study guides. We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., Free Trial, Starter, Basic, Premium) which grant time-limited access to specific exam content.

All subscriptions are tied to the specific exam you select at the time of purchase. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment and is valid only for the duration of the purchased period.

3. Free Trial Restrictions

To ensure fair access for all students, our Free Trial offer is strictly limited to one (1) per email address and one (1) per device for a lifetime. Our system employs device fingerprinting and email verification to prevent abuse. Attempting to bypass these restrictions to claim multiple free trials may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on NursesPrint, including but not limited to questions, answers, rationales, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of NursesPrint and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only. Sharing, copying, distributing, or reselling our content is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

NursesPrint materials are designed for educational and study purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that using our services will result in passing any nursing examination. NursesPrint is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NCSBN, ATI, Elsevier (HESI), or any other official testing organizations.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NursesPrint operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
