Unit Summary:

17 bed Med Surg/Tele Unit

This unit cares primarily for acute care patients who have a wide variety of diagnosis and co-morbidities. Most common surgical patients are orthopedic including total joint replacements and neurosurgical as well as GI/GU/GYN surgeries. These patients can require telemetry monitoring.

Job Overview:

The Resource RN has the responsibility and accountability for the coordination of clinical activities and patient care.Develops and sustains an environment that promotes excellence in clinical practice and customer satisfaction, while striving for optimal efficiency, productivity and utilization of all resources.

Qualifications:

Massachusetts RN Licensure.
3 Years of RN Experience.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Hours:

36 hours/week
Evening/Night Shift

Every third weekend!
