NW Sports Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Puyallup, Washington

What you need…

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
Current or pending state licensure

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.

Washington pay range

$27—$29 USD
