Fill Finish Maintenance Mechanic Level II/III

You will report to the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor and work onsite at our CSL Seqirus location in Holly Springs, NC. You will manage the maintenance of aseptic Formulation/Filling, Packaging and process equipment (GMP and non-GMP). You will be a key manufacturing Operations floor contributor, providing independent support and execution of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Work with Quality, Engineering and Operations groups to always ensure strict compliance with GMP guidelines, specifically to ensure that the equipment is maintained in GMP compliance.
• Maintain and perform corrective, preventative maintenance on process, aseptic Formulation/Filling, Packaging, and support equipment (autoclaves, parts washers, etc) for GMP and non-GMP systems.
• Draft efficient maintenance job plans, procedures, and work instructions for process, aseptic Formulation/Filling, Packaging, and process equipment at the site.
• Provide recommendations and edits for spare parts and PM procedures for equipment.
• Help route all required documentation for the submittal of spare parts and WOs.
• Support other departments/areas to troubleshoot, test, repair, and optimize, equipment.
• Participate in the continuous improvement efforts within the site Maintenance Program (including reliability).
• Respond to alarms in assigned area.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with all customers to minimize interruptions.
• Manage contract service providers and support contractors executing maintenance activities.
• Assist and mentor other technicians and associates when needed.
• Support start-up, commissioning and turnover of new systems in assigned area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training; associate's degree in engineering, Physical or Biological Science preferred
• 5 years' relevant experience
• Pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred
• Proficient with tools and software (CMMS, PAS, Pi, PLCs, ETOPS, SAP) required to resolve equipment and process issues within all technical competencies.
