This position supports the mission of Presbyterian/ St. Luke’s and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. PSL/ RMHC cares for children and their families with compassion, pediatric expertise, and innovation. Our patient-focused environment welcomes them with genuine hospitality and includes the child’s primary physician in treatment decisions. We intend to care for the child from conception, through infancy and into young adulthood with medical excellence and a comprehensive approach unmatched in the Rocky Mountain region. The Resource Team RN delivers nursing care to patients in the PICU, Pediatric unit(s), NICU Level II, and NICU Level IV. The Resource Team RN serves as the primary nurse and/or care coordinator, leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. The Resource Team RN oversees and directs the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients. When the need arises, I will perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
