Job Summary and Qualifications

The Sr. Medical Technologist is responsible for the performance of automated, semi-automated, and/or manual procedures in the analysis of specimens and demonstrates knowledge of techniques and competence in the fields of bacteriology, parasitology, mycology, hematology, serology, chemistry, immunology, immunohematology, and flow cytometry as required for the position.

• You will accurately perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory tests specific to the area of the assignment.
• You will perform quality control and preventive maintenance and assess results for acceptability.
• You will ensure specimen integrity throughout the testing process.

What qualifications you will need:

• General Supervisor (Nevada) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 Required Years of Experience
