Responsibilities
The Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will be responsible for providing pharmacy support services to the infusion chairs at the Fishpond II outpatient hospital based clinic. They will further support the three Jefferson East Region hospitals of Cherry Hill, Stratford, and Washington Township with their antimicrobial stewardship program and outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy program management. This position will have an approximate 25%/75% time split between these two duties respectively.
Qualifications
Education:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
AND

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of practice experience as a pharmacy OR completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency

Formal antimicrobial stewardship program completed or in progress preferred
Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements:

NJ Pharmacist License required
