Job Summary and Qualifications

To deliver care and create a therapeutic environment for patients and families whose needs range from basic to complex byutilizingthe nursing process.To carry out functions in a manner consistent with Performance Improvement and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.Todemonstrateclinical excellence through proficient practice which enhances and enriches the practice environment.Proficiencyisevidencedby adeptness, facility, aptitude,easeand skill in managing complexity and uncertainty.

What qualifications you will need:

Education:

BSN strongly preferred.

Specialty certification strongly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of one year of nursing experience and/or meets the requirements of Entry RN.

Licensure/Certification:

Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Certifications per unit requirements: Refer to Education, Credentialing and Certification Policy.
